2、Full-time role at overseas academic/research/R&D institutions (excluding visiting scholars & part-timers), 36+ consecutive months’ experience. Exception: outstanding overseas PhDs with key bottleneck R&D achievements qualify with 24+ months.
3、36-month period calculation deadline:     Round 1: By April 20 of the current year;
    Round 2: By August 20 of the current year.
4、Age limit:     Round 1: Under 40 as of January 1 of the current year;     Round 2: Under 40 as of August 1 of the current year.
1Hold a doctoral degree; be an overseas Chinese, person of Chinese descent, or foreign talent. Major: Natural sciences, engineering, technology, STEM or related fields.;
2、Formal full-time role equivalent to associate professor or above at top overseas universities, research institutions or corporate R&D centers (visiting scholars & part-time roles excluded), with 36+ consecutive months of work experience.
3、36-month period calculation deadline:
     Round 1: By April 20 of the current year;
     Round 2: By August 20 of the current year.
4、Age criteria:
     Round 1: Aged 40–75 as of January 1 (flexible for key fields);
     Round 2: Aged 40–75 as of August 1 (flexible for key fields).
5、Master key industrial core technologies, or resolve product manufacturing process issues.
1、PhD holders: overseas Chinese, ethnic Chinese or foreign talents, specializing in natural sciences, engineering, technology and STEM fields.
1、Be overseas Chinese, individuals of Chinese descent, or foreign talents who hold a master’s degree.
2、Satisfy one of the following qualifications: possess internationally
leading technologies or technologies that fill domestic gaps; have overseas entrepreneurial experience or serve in middle and senior management positions at foreign-funded enterprises; own promising products that have secured venture capital investment. Applicants must have returned to China for no more than 6 years, and be the main founder and the largest shareholder of an enterprise established 2 to 5 years ago.
3、Age: : No explicit restrictions; performance in key fields shall be the primary consideration.
1、Applicants shall hold a doctoral degree in STEM fields, with no restriction on whether the degree is obtained overseas or domestically, and be under the age of 40.
2、Applicants are currently conducting postdoctoral research overseas with a duration of no less than two years.
3、Applicants have not yet returned to (come to) China, or have returned to (come to) China within the past year.

Process 1
Application Materials Submission:
1)Curriculum Vitae (CV)
2)ID photo with a white background
3)National ID card + Passport
4)All employment verification documents (including employment contracts, resignation certificates, offer letters, etc.)
5)Undergraduate, master’s and doctoral degree certificates, plus certification from the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange (CSCSE) for overseas degrees (exempt for foreign nationals)
6)Proof of projects led (or participated in) and research achievements
7)Proof of patents and awards (optional, as a bonus item)
Process 2
Selection Stage:
Selection Round 1:
1) Preliminary Matching: Oct of the preceding year – Apr of the current year
2) Secondary Screening: Jun – Sep of the current year
Key Rule: One applicant, one enterprise only. Duplicate applications lead to disqualification. Compliance with this rule means a valid application.
3) Final Result Announcement: Nov – Dec of the current year
 
Selection Round 2:
1) Preliminary Matching: Jun – Aug of the current year
2) Secondary Screening: Sep – Dec of the current year

Process 3
Result Announcement:
Successful candidates will receive an offer of acceptance and be granted a 2-year consideration period. They may complete their relocation and onboarding within this 2-year period.
Process 4
Enterprise Matching:
1)Follow up on the selected candidates’ requirements for enterprises, arrange (online) meetings with relevant enterprises, and discuss the details of talent relocation and onboarding.
2)Final selected candidates shall have the right to independently decide whether to join the enterprises.
