1、Handle internet position recruitment, make recruitment plans, and post jobs online to hit targets.

III. Requirements
1、Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or above.
2、Language Proficiency: College English Test Band 4 (CET-4) or higher. Proficient in English reading and writing, capable of understanding English job descriptions and conducting basic communication with foreign candidates.​
3、Professional Skills: Proficient in office software; familiar with the operation of mainstream recruitment platforms. Possess basic data analysis capabilities to identify problems and trends from recruitment data.
4、Personal Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong adaptability and ability to work under pressure, able to adapt to the fast-paced recruitment environment of the internet industry. Proactive, responsible, with strong execution and team collaboration spirit.

2、Sales Execution: Make personal sales plans, follow up on leads, handle negotiations and contract signing, and meet sales targets.
3、Coordination & Relationship Management: Serve as the bridge between overseas clients and internal teams. Convey client needs, coordinate resources to launch projects, and maintain client relationships.
4、Market Research: Track overseas talent market and industry trends. Collect feedback to support project and strategy optimization.
5、Documentation: Organize and file client data, communication records and contracts in compliance with company rules.

1、Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above. Major and work experience are not restricted. Fresh graduates are welcome (current students not accepted).
2、Language Skills: Fluent spoken English for daily and business negotiations; excellent all-around English proficiency.

III. Job Requirements

2、Language Proficiency: CET-4 or higher. Proficient in English reading and writing, with the ability to process English documentation efficiently. Proficiency in additional foreign languages is a priority.
3、Personal Attributes: Meticulous, patient, responsible and highly focused. Able to efficiently complete repetitive tasks.
4、Technical Skills: Proficient in Office software, especially Excel. Capable of basic data processing and analysis.
