Legal Manager (Investment and M&A)

1. Provide legal support for the company's domestic and foreign investment and M&A business.

2. Drafting, reviewing, tracking and processing of Chinese and English contracts and legal documents.

3. Providing legal support for the negotiation of overseas cooperation projects of the company.

4. Coordinating the work of external lawyers.
