1. Be responsible for the overall recruitment progress of the business unit;

2. Learning about the business status and team operation of the supported departments, understanding the business strategy and promoting the effective implementation of the human resources strategy in the business department;

3. According to the situation of the business team, clearly understanding the Competency Model, designing personnel growth path and personnel training program, effectively formulating and implementing talent development plan and following up the implementation;

4. Supporting the development of the team, applying professional theories, methods and tools to provide a comprehensive solution for the business team, including recruitment, training, performance, employee relations and other human resources work;

5. Promoting the construction of corporate culture and the rapid development of business.
